Multiplexing
Multiplexing is the ability to simultaneously measure multiple biomarkers in a single test. Multiplexing provides significant time and labor savings advantages over the traditional method of separately measuring one biomarker at a time. Prior to the advancements with proprietary technology from SQI Diagnostics, multiplexing has been limited to only the antigen level.

Confidence Confirmation: Standards, Controls & Normalization
SQI Diagnostics believes that assuring clinical accuracy is paramount in product design. We have created a proprietary technology to boost the reproducibility and repeatability of our assays from well to well and plate to plate. allows us to provide state of the art confirmation of standards, controls, and normalization without removing billable well space on the assay plate. SQI Diagnostics is excited to introduce the latest in assay quality design.

Ig_PLEX™ Assays
Ig_PLEX™ Assays have the unique ability to multiplex the different varieties of antibodies known as classes or isotypes, which includes IgG, IgA, IgM for each antigen. This provides significant time and labor savings advantages over the traditional methods and offers a unique increased utility of results at the antibody class level. SQI Diagnostics has developed, patented and is the sole provider of Ig_PLEX™ Assays that are now available in all of our assays. |

IVDPlus-Plex Assays
IVDPlus-Plex™ Assays have the unique ability to multiplex diagnostic biomarkers simultaneously with therapeutic markers and drug efficacy markers for the purpose of patient therapeutic monitoring. IVDPlus-Plex™ Assays are currently under development and hold the promise of creating panels of multiple purpose biomarkers that include a wide range of combinations. These may include panels with indicators for risk assessment, diagnosis, prognosis, disease progression, personalizing treatment to match the disease state and drug safety confirmation. IVDPlus-Plex Assays have the potential to be a standard tool used to deliver the next generation of personalized medicine. |
