Are there Robotic Instrument Field Service Technicians?

Yes. SQI will provide field support globally. Field Service Specialists, located throughout the United States, are available if on the rare occasion your instrument is not performing properly, and immediate service assistance is required. Our field service specialists carry the tools and parts necessary to correct most problems quickly, and all repairs are covered by a 60-day labor warranty and a one-year service parts warranty. Each SQI Service Specialist is accessible through our 1-888 customer service number or via support@sqidiagnostics.com.

What should I do if I need service on the robotic system?

If you need service on your robotic instrument, please call the Service Hotline (888-829-0849). Please have your model and serial number ready. A Service Specialist will troubleshoot and attempt to repair your problem with a phone call. If on-site service is necessary, a field specialist will be dispatched.

Are Service Contracts available?

SQI offers a Service Contract program through the U.S.A., Canada and Europe. SQiDworks Service Contracts provide:

  • Continued SQI Diagnostics Service support of your instrument long after the initial warranty expires
  • All service parts, periodic preventative maintenance
