SQI's proprietary microarray technology has unlocked the following that have not been possible with microarray multiplexed technologies:
- Separating and resulting the detection events for both antigens and each class of antibody within the same test well.
- High signal-to-noise ratios enabling diagnostic grade precision and accuracy.
- High speed spot printing that covalently binds capture spots to glass substrates generating reproducible arrays of test spots every well, every plate, every patient.
- Multiple levels of quality control built in to evaluate every well for completeness and precision.
- Automated assay processing and algorithms lead to a complete and traceable result every time.

IgXplex™ Rheumatoid Arthritis Panel
SQI Diagnostics is excited to introduce the latest advancement in Rheumatoid Arthritis antibody testing. IgXplex™ Rheumatoid Arthritis Panel simultaneously measures RF (IgA, IgG, and IgM) and CCP IgG all within one well. The resulting individual RF isotypes along with CCP IgG provide physicians the tools necessary to detect early RA sufferers sooner and predict disease progression faster.

SQiDworks™ Diagnostic Platform
A fully-automated fluidics workstation, scanner and analytical device used to process SQI Diagnostics' proprietary IgXplex™ microarray tests. The robotic platform fully integrates all assay steps for hands-free work-flow and is compatible with standard lab automation systems. The 'load and go' platform is capable of processing up to 73 patient samples per run and, when combined with SQI's IgXplex™ RA Panel, can produce determinations for up to 292 individual test results in less than 3 hours, resulting in significant savings for laboratories.

IgX-Plex™ Assays have the unique ability to multiplex the different varieties of antibodies known as classes or isotypes, which includes IgG, IgA, IgM for each antigen. This provides significant time and labor savings advantages over the traditional methods and offers a unique increased utility of results at the antibody class level. SQI Diagnostics has developed, patented and is the sole provider of IgX-Plex™ Assays that are now available in all of our assays.

Confidence Confirmation: Standards, Controls, and Normalization
SQI Diagnostics believes that assuring clinical accuracy is paramount in product design. We have created a proprietary technology to boost the reproducibility and repeatability of our assays from well to well and plate to plate. Each sample well contains 23 unique Plex-Checks™ data points which allows us to provide state of the art confirmation of standards, controls, and normalization without removing billable well space on the assay plate.
